You might also try using the Forgot Password link on the login screen to check different email addresses.
If you get a reset password link from us you’ve got the right email.
Still having issues? Click the Submit A Request link at the top-right of the screen - please include as much information as you can, such as:
- The name & email address used to purchase
- Date of purchase
- Your receipt
